When famed grindcore drummer-turned producer, Yann is the Bastard passed along a beat by fellow Bordeaux artist Code, alarms went off at the 2105, headquarters of the Fire Brigade.

Within 24 hours the duo had responded with a song built around the beat and a video, but also a challenge to expand the collaboration.

Challenge accepted: Over the next year, trans-Atlantic dispatches were exchanged among the 4 collaborators.

New York rapper Sensational and Dallas trap star Da Monnie were each recruited for guest verses,

And The Fire Brigade reunited in a new recording studio, CF Hawn, to complete final vocals.

The resulting music is the first full length album and defining work of The Fire Brigade. The lyrics are well crafted, and occupy unique territory in the rap world while the songs push the boundaries of good taste in the best ways possible.

These are tales that can only be told by those who have traveled the world, peered into the darkest corners, and documented what they have seen.
